Designers to Watch: Roshni, Karishma and Deeya Khemlani

Izaak Azanei, a label created to serve the needs of a cosmopolitan, all-year-round wardrobe. At its helm reside three talented and visionary sisters, Roshni, Deeya and Karishma Khemlani, a British born trio. Alumni of The London School of Economics and Parsons School of Design in New York, the siblings focus on manifesting an inclusive brand and way of life.

Founded in 2014, the sisters have presented 2 ready-to-wear ranges at Paris Fashion Week and are growing strong collection by collection. Stocked all over the world, the brand can be found on Moda Operandi, Farfetch, Harrods and Harvey Nichols to name a few. The line ranges between $400 – $700, a competitive price point for luxurious fabrics and treatments.

Splitting their time between Spain, London, and Dubai, the Khemlani sisters work with established and responsible furriers such as Saga Furs and Rebecca Bradley to create their signature designs. The current collection plays with mix-media fur and knitwear to create unique and wearable pieces that will take you from day to night. Cashmere cardigans, turtlenecks, pants, long-line sweaters, capes and scarves are cuffed with raccoon fur, and constructed in tonal shades of lavender, teal, peach, burgundy, white and tomato cuffing. Offering real and faux fur, Izaak Azanei was built with the ideology that “everyone can sit with us.”

Judging by what the three sisters are putting out we expect Izaak Azanei to rise further to the forefront of all global closets; it’d be a crime not to.
