Get the Look: Olivia at the Ballet (Beauty Edition)

I wanted to keep Olivia’s look as effortless and young as possible. The gala has a tendency to get out of control with the gowns and opulence and considering she was going to the event with Valentino himself, we needed to be on point!

I prepped Olivia’s skin using the following products, Marie Veronique Mist Du Jour, Tatcha Revitalizing Eye Cream, Laura Mercier’s Oil Free Foundation Primer and finishing off using Clarks Botanicals Ultra Rich Lip Balm.

When I go in to do the application, I always start off with her eyes.
I primed her lids using Smashbox 24 hour Photo Finish Primer. Then I used Diors 5 Couleurs Palette in #846 Tutu. This palette of build able pink shades is great when wearing lighter clothes. It adds dimension without looking like you spent a lot of time on your eyes. For the eyeliner, I go in close to the lash line starting from the center of the lid and extend outwards using Dior liquid Liner in Black. This gives the kick out in the corners without looking like a full on cat eye. I then finish the look using the new Diorshow mascara in Black. Once the eyes are finish, I go into complexion.

Olivia has incredible skin to work with so coverage is always at a minimal with her. For medium coverage, try using Koh Gen Do’s Aqua Foundation. I conceal only where I need to and I like using Dior Star Concealer in 002 on her. I add radiance only where I want it (the highest parts of her face) and I do this using Clio Kill Cover Sheer Pearlfection Wear Sheer Blender. Its a Korean luminizer that adds a glow to the skin in photos. Once her complexion is balanced, I finish off with a loose setting powder. If you don’t have one, a great compact powder to try is Charlotte Tilbury’s Air Brush Flawless Finish Powder.

We always love a bit of shaping so my go to sculpting powder to try is Smashbox Step By Step Contour Kit. Its not too warm and it gives the right amount of depth without looking too dark. Once I sculpt out her cheeks, I finish the look using Dior’s Diorskin Shimmer Powder in Pink. This swirled over the shading and apples of her cheek creates a balance also unifying the colors in her eyes.

To finish off the look, we use Dior Addict Lipstick in Princess!
