Our skin is the reflection of our body’s circulation. It’s responsible for sending blood, oxygen, and nutrients throughout the body. It’s these three vital ingredients that give our skin its suppleness and natural radiance. When blood flow to a specific part of the body is reduced, it causes symptoms of poor circulation. Poor circulation affects how some of the major organs function and over time, these organs can become stressed and are unable to eliminate toxins properly. This can put more pressure on the lymphatic system and the lymph nodes can become sluggish with toxins building up and then excreted through the skin, causing acne or other problematic conditions like dry skin, itchy skin or skin rashes.

Understanding your skin type, their influences and how circulation affects them is important, suggested below are products for each skin type:

Dry skin: Produces less sebum than normal skin, doesn’t contain enough lipids that is needed to retain moisture and build up a protective shield against external influences. Skin will feel flaky, dry and tight after cleaning; the skin can easily develop a sallow tone, wrinkles, fine pores, and is very prone to ageing and irritations.
