Lines We Love: Ofée

Ofée is a Parisian jewellery brand which founded in 2006 by Anne Bougon-Scélo. Spotting a gap in the market for high-quality, on-trend jewellery suitable for everyday use, she decided to create her own.

Inspired by Paris, the City of Lights, Ofée offers subtly sparkly pieces for women on the go who want to stand out. Overflowing with elegance and in touch with its energy, the brand reflects the very essence of the city, capturing that certain “je ne sais quoi” of the Parisian women who live in it.

Since its debut at the French capital’s Maison&Objet trade fair, the label has grown by leaps and bounds, evolving from a hobby into an international business. Today, Ofée has standalone stores in Paris, Hong Kong and Macau as well as being stocked in Le Bon Marché, Lane Crawford and Moda Operandi, among others.

Contemporary yet sure to turn heads, every piece is formed in 18K gold, composed of rose, yellow and white and each collection is designed to embolden independent women. For the last decade, Ofée has been setting the trend for swaying Brindilles earrings — beautiful chains which are strung through the ear from both sides — and recently introduced cartilage clips and earlobe cuffs.

Interestingly, every earring is sold as a single which initiated the brand’s idea for an “earring bar”, which can be found in all of their stores and online, allowing you to tap into the mix-and-match trend currently sweeping jewellery.
All in all, Ofée really is the epitome of understated Parisian elegance.
