Lines We Love: Solace London

From time to time we discover a fashion find that we cannot keep to ourselves. A find that is so chic, unique and wearable that we have to shout it from the rooftops! Introducing Solace London, a brainchild of former Creative Director and designer Ryan Holliday-Stevens and former Brand Director Laura Taylor, who have been acquainted with each other for over 12 years on all things fashion. Together, they saw a gap in the market for accessible clothing, that speaks to the modern-day girl, but will last her for years to come. The two industry mavens joined forces to bring us statement dresses and stand-out separates that work with everything else in your wardrobe.

The Solace London aesthetic is one of class, minimalism, color-blocking and clean lines. With a very laid-back feel, each piece is designed to keep graphical structure and the feminine form in mind, resulting in a flattering range of formal, casual, smart and irresistible fashion. Using fabrics such as lightweight textured woven crepe and medium weight knitted cloth, the designs are laser cut to create a futuristic finish, and modern end-look in the brand’s London based studio.

Solace London’s current collection incorporates navy, black, red and nude in high-neckline, low length, ready-wear designs which will not only see you through the Summer months, but will serve well as carry-over pieces for Fall. We are especially loving the navy, culotte pant jumpsuit with key-hole slit opening along the decolletage, perfect for summer nights. Timeless fashion is key when investing in trends and certain styles, however, with brands like Solace London, you gain evergreen silhouettes, in wearable colors, and modern fittings from every look.

If you’re going to be update your wardrobe for the season ahead, might we suggest taking a hanger out of this closet.
