New Skincare Routine for the New Year

With the seasonal festivity well out of the way it’s now time to get into shape and look after your skin. It’s believed that only 8% of us actually stick to our New Years Resolution. There are lots of natural ingredients, which are perfect to consume and assist with hydrating the skin and body. Also there are lots of anti-aging and soothing and repairing oils which can be used in your diet and also in your skincare products to maintain healthy looking skin. Some ideas to help bring out the your inner beauty:

Sea Buckthorn Oil: Known to for its combination of vitamins A, K, E, C, B1 and B2. When used in skincare products it’s believed to well nourish the skin cells and reduce inflammation. Half cucumber, chopped into chunks, 1 large bunch watercress, 8 fresh tarragon leaves. Press alternate chunks of broccoli and cucumber through a juicer. Combine the watercress, tarragon and juice in a blender and whizz until smooth. Drink immediately.
