Runway Report: Chanel SS17

Every season there is an unmatched anticipation around what will Karl Lagerfeld show next.  The pre-show chatter is equally as loud as post-presentation conversations – that’s the power of irreverence, something Lagerfeld reliably delivers season upon season.  His SS 2017 collection is evocative of the movie Back to The Future.

As they walked down the runway there was an interesting sense of nostalgia combined with curiously.  Could the future truly be one of intimate technology – as Karl proposed.
