Runway Report: Noon by Noor AW18

In recent seasons, Noon by Noor has seriously tapered their aesthetic, streamlining it back to smart and tailored pieces with a cool-girl vibe that designers, Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Al Khalifa have always represented. This season, with inspiration from Bahrain’s starry night sky, there were extra touches of fluidity and femininity found in organically draped chiffon dresses, billowing sleeves, flecks of gold and arabic script all of which provided a great juxtaposition to the heavier and more structured silhouettes. The palette was anchored by classic black and white with jolts of neon yellow and pink and while looks of head-to-toe color caught the eye, separates were king, providing numerous options for the noon by noor consumer to mix and match together as well as mingle with the current pieces hanging in their wardrobe.
