Spring 2018 Trend Report: White Before (and After) Labor Day

It’s no secret, white is officially worn all year long. Winter whites are knitted into thick and luxurious cashmere sweaters or woven into sleek and beautiful suiting, and no matter the combination, we’ve been a believer in this trend for several seasons now.

However, as we were shown on this seasons’ runways, the color white is not only being worn all year round but also as a full look, from head to toe. There were flowing silk dresses with lace inlays at Celine and Blumarine, wide-legged trousers with open button-down shirting at Zimmermann and a variety of outerwear examples (like at Alessandra Rich and Etro), most of which were paired with white separates and accessories to complete the look.
