Pre-ordered items will ship separately from non-preordered items in an order. Pre-ordered items cannot be shipped via express shipping.

For products that are sold out, please find the Waitlist button on the product pages of our website and add your e-mail address to the Waitlist. Once the product is back in stock, we will contact you via e-mail.
We are glad to help with damaged items. Please e-mail pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number and your shipping information to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible. Olivia Palermo Team will determine the best resolution and may ask to see a product in person before making a decision.
We do not store any of your credit card information on our website. We use Shopify Payments, a reputable and secure payment processor available, for processing all of our online transactions.
We provide real-time shipping rates via FedEx for orders shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped domestically from Farmingdale, NY and internationally from Paris, France.
We offer the option for express saver delivery (3 business days), ground home delivery (1 business day), two day delivery, two day morning delivery, standard overnight delivery, priority overnight delivery, and first overnight delivery shipping via FedEx.

Import duties and taxes will be displayed with shipping charges at the time of checkout. If DDU (delivery duty unpaid) is an option for your country, it will display this with your available shipping options at the time of checkout. If you select a DDU service, you will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier upon arrival of your package.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, as FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a non-PO Box address for the shipping address.
If your package has not arrived on the desired delivery date, please contact FedEx to open a trace ID number. Once you have a trace ID number, please contact us at email@example.com with the trace information. We will follow-up with you within 2-3 business days with updates and next steps. In addition, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package. It can take up to two weeks to replace lost merchandise while we investigate with FedEx. Olivia Palermo Team is not responsible for lost packages reported more than 3 weeks past the delivery date.
You may return your purchase by returning it back to the Olivia Palermo Online Store. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items with fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment. Returns are subject to following guidelines.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. Once a tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return time frame.
To begin the return process, please fill out our Return Form that came with your original order. You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to generate a return number on your behalf in order to complete the Return Form.
Carefully pack your merchandize with original tags in original condition and please include a copy of your original Pack Slip and Return Form. For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid FedEx return label with your order. Please retain a copy of your FedEx Return tracking number and drop the box at a FedEx location or five any FedEx provider. Please see the FedEx return label instructions for additional shipping details.
